TECHNICAL FEATURES

Precision and versatility
Jolly-Edgeis the Sigma professional solution for edge processing of ceramic tiles and slabs.
Sliding along the edge of the tile, it guarantees uniform processing along the entire length of the corner, faithfully following the natural curves of the slab.

Multipurpose Processing:
Mitred/bevel cuts (Jolly) execution at any angle between 40° and 50°. In the "Half Bullnose" configuration, it allows the creation of rounded edges (Half-Bullnose) with a 6-8-10 mm radius. It can process tiles with a thickness of 5-20 mm and dimensions from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.
Clean environment:
Designed for dust extraction, for dry cutting without dispersing dust into the air.
Compatibility:
M14 universal attachment for 700 - 1400 W grinders.
Complete with cutting disc d.115 turbo.

"JOLLY" VERSION

In the "Miter" configuration it allows cutting at any angle between 40° and 50° (Y), with edge adjustment (X).

It can process tiles with thickness 5-20mm and size from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.

Half-Bullnose version

In the "Half-Bullose "configuration, it allows the execution of round chamfers (Half-Bullnose) with radius 6 - 8 - 10 mm.

It is possible to adjust the position of the grinding wheel ( X;Y ) to obtain the right machining.

WIDE SLIDING SUPPORT

The wide sliding support ensures perfect stability while working, its specific material allows easy sliding without scratching the tile.

UNIVERSAL ATTACHMENT FOR GRINDERS

It is possible to mount any any grinder from 700 to 1400 W thanks to its universal M14 connection.

DUST EXTRACTION

Dust-free working thanks to universal vacuum connection.

WITH OR WITHOUT WATER?

Especially designed to be able to work both wet or dry!
Thanks to "WATERKIT" it is possible to work with an adjustable water jet for the maximum finish and to usury of the tool.

HANDLES

When working on top of the tile, the handles provide an excellent grip without losing stability.

FIXING KIT Art. 37C

Particularly convenient for mass production of small pieces such as skirtings. The Fixing Kit allows the machine to be locked onto a worktop, enabling the tile to be moved manually on the machine.

It is possible to fix the stand on the Sigma 'Workbench' without the use of tools.

Thanks to the Waterkit, which nebulizes water directly onto the tool, the machining finish is improved and wear on the diamond tool is reduced.

Art. 37C SUPPORT KIT

Jolly-Edge, thanks to the 37C table fixing kit which can be set up vertically on a workbench, can conveniently work long and narrow tiles as skirting boards.

Art. 87E4 WATERKIT

The combined processing of Jolly-Edge and Water-Kit allows machining with water, improving the finish of the Miter or Half-Bullnose and decreasing tool wear on the diamond tool.

Vacuum Diamond grinding wheels

VACUUM diamond grinding wheel diameter 115 mm hole 22.2 mm.

For making bullnose profiles (Half-Bull). Mounted on Jolly-Edge for guided bullnose profile creation.

High material removal rate. Available with 6, 8, and 10 mm radius. Suitable for dry or wet operation.
