Information pursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 125 of Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 1, paragraph 125-bis, of Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017, as introduced by Article 35 of Decree-Law No. 34 of April 30, 2019, and in relation to the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 125-quinques, of the same Law No. 124/2017 - as amended by Article 8, paragraph 2, of Law No. 160 - regarding the obligation to provide evidence in the Notes to the Financial Statements of the amounts and information relating to grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or aid, in cash or in kind, not of a general nature and without consideration, remuneration or compensation, actually disbursed to the company by the public administrations and the entities referred to in the aforementioned paragraph 125-bis of the aforementioned art. 1, it is hereby certified that said duty does not exist since, in the period under consideration, the Company has received only individual aid subject to census at the National Register of State Aid kept by the Directorate General for Incentives to Enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development, with consequent publication of said aid in the "transparency section" provided for therein, carried out by the entities that grant or manage said aid pursuant to the relevant regulations
