Information pursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 125 of Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017.

In relation to the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 125-bis of Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017, as introduced by Article 35 of Decree-Law No. 34 of April 30, 2019, regarding the obligation to publish on its website the amounts and information relating to grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or aid, in cash or in kind, not of a general nature and without consideration, remuneration or compensation, actually disbursed to the company by public administrations and entities referred to in the aforementioned paragraph 125-bis of the same article, it is hereby certified that said duty does not exist since, during the calendar year 2024, the Company did not receive disbursements in this capacity , while the disbursements received in previous years are the subject of a census at the National Register of State Aid held by the General Directorate for Business Incentives of the Ministry of Economic Development with the consequent publication of such aid in the "transparency section" provided therein, made by the entities that have granted or managed manage such aid pursuant to the relevant regulations.
