INFORMATIVA PRIVACY DEL SITO WEB ( www.sigmaitalia.com)

1. Titolare del Trattamento

Il Titolare del trattamento è la società Sigma di Sergio. Ambrogiani & C. s.a.s., con sede legale in Via A. Gagliani, 4 – 47813 Bellaria Igea Marina (RN), e-mail di contatto: rossella@sigmaitalia.com.

2. Tipologia di dati trattati, finalità e basi giuridiche

Attraverso il sito internet, il Titolare tratta i dati degli utenti per le seguenti finalità:

  • Navigazione sul sito ed erogazione dei servizi: I sistemi informatici raccolgono automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici (es. indirizzo IP, tipo di browser) per garantire il corretto funzionamento del sito e motivi di sicurezza (es. filtri antispam). La base giuridica è il legittimo interesse del Titolare alla protezione e al buon funzionamento del proprio spazio web.
  • Registrazione della garanzia estesa: Nel caso in cui l’utente compili il modulo per l’estensione di garanzia dei prodotti acquistati, verranno raccolti i dati strettamente necessari (nome, cognome, città, paese, e-mail). La base giuridica è l’esecuzione di misure contrattuali richieste dall’utente.
  • Invio di comunicazioni commerciali (Soft-Spam): In conformità alla normativa vigente (Art. 130 comma 4 del Codice Privacy italiano), nel caso di clienti che abbiano già acquistato prodotti SIGMA, il Titolare si riserva il diritto di utilizzare le coordinate e-mail fornite per l’invio di cataloghi, novità e comunicazioni commerciali su prodotti analoghi. La base giuridica è il legittimo interesse commerciale del Titolare. L’utente può opporsi a tale invio in ogni momento, gratuitamente, cliccando sul tasto “disiscriviti” in calce alle e-mail o scrivendo a rossella@sigmaitalia.com.

3. Periodo di conservazione dei dati

I dati tecnici di navigazione vengono cancellati subito dopo l’elaborazione automatica (salvo necessità di accertamento di reati da parte dell’Autorità giudiziaria). I dati legati alla registrazione delle garanzie o alle finalità commerciali sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario alla gestione del servizio e nel rispetto dei termini di legge (massimo 10 anni).

4. Destinatari dei dati

I dati personali non saranno diffusi ma potranno essere comunicati a soggetti terzi qualificati che prestano servizi per conto del Titolare (es. società di assistenza informatica, hosting provider, consulenti aziendali), debitamente nominati Responsabili del Trattamento.

5. Diritti degli utenti

In ogni momento, gli utenti possono esercitare i diritti previsti dal GDPR (artt. 15 e ss.), tra cui il diritto di accedere ai propri dati, chiederne la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento o opporsi al loro utilizzo, scrivendo a: rossella@sigmaitalia.com. Gli utenti hanno inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali se ritengono che il trattamento violi le norme vigenti.

2. Types of Data Processed, Purposes, and Legal Bases

Through the website, the Data Controller processes user data for the following purposes:

Website Navigation and Provision of Services: IT systems automatically collect certain technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) to ensure the proper functioning of the website and for security reasons (e.g., anti-spam filters). The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in protecting and ensuring the correct operation of its web space.

Extended Warranty Registration: In the event that the user fills out the form for the extended warranty of purchased products, the strictly necessary data will be collected (first name, last name, city, country, e-mail). The legal basis is the performance of contractual measures requested by the user.

Sending Commercial Communications (Soft-Spam): In compliance with current legislation (Art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Italian Privacy Code), for customers who have already purchased SIGMA products, the Data Controller reserves the right to use the e-mail address provided to send catalogs, updates, and commercial communications regarding similar products. The legal basis is the legitimate commercial interest of the Data Controller. The user may object to such mailings at any time, free of charge, by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mails or by writing to rossella@sigmaitalia.com.

3. Data Retention Period

Technical navigation data are deleted immediately after automatic processing (except in the case of necessary crime investigation by the Judicial Authority). Data related to warranty registration or commercial purposes are retained for the period strictly necessary to manage the service and in compliance with legal statutory limits (maximum 10 years).

4. Data Recipients

Personal data will not be disseminated but may be disclosed to qualified third parties providing services on behalf of the Data Controller (e.g., IT support companies, hosting providers, business consultants), duly appointed as Data Processors.

5. Users’ Rights

At any time, users may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR (Art. 15 et seq.), including the right to access their data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to their use, by writing to: rossella@sigmaitalia.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if they believe that the processing violates current regulations.
