TECHNICAL FEATURES


  • Precision and versatility
    With J-PRO, you can easily perform "Jolly" miter cuts on tile edges using a cutting disc.
    By sliding along the edge of the tile, it ensures uniform processing along the entire length of the corner, faithfully following the natural curves of the slab, a result that would not be possible with a machine guided by a rigid rail.

  • Simple Processing:
    The equipment is already configured to cut at an angle of 46° to minimize all needed adjustment to just the distance of the disc from the edge of the tile!
    It can process tiles with thickness 5-20mm and size from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.

  • Clean environment:
    Designed for dust extraction, for dry cutting without dispersing dust into the air.
  • Compatibility:
    Universal M14 attachment for 700–1400 W angle grinders
    Complete with a d.115 turbo cutting disc; maximum disc capacity 125 mm

Ready to use and low weight

"J-PRO" is already configured for 46° cutting, just choose the size of the witness (distance of the disc from the edge of the tile "X") and you will be ready to work right away!

It can process tiles with thickness 5-20mm and size from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.
Its low weight 3.8 kg facilitates the transportation and work activity while maintaining stability during mitering.


UNIVERSAL ATTACHMENT FOR GRINDERS

Thanks to the universal M14 connection, it is possible to mount any grinder from 700 - 1400 W




WIDE SLIDING SUPPORT

The wide sliding support ensures perfect stability while working, its specific material allows easy sliding without scratching the tile.



PREDISPOSITIONED FOR CUTTING SMALL TILES

Processing small tiles is easy; simply attach the machine to a workbench to cut narrow tiles such as baseboards.
It's designed to be attached to the "SIGMA WORK BENCH" by the quick fasteners, although it can still be fixed on any bench thanks to the fastening slots.



DUST EXTRACTION

Dust-free working thanks to universal vacuum connection.




WITH OR WITHOUT WATER?

Especially designed to be able to work both wet or dry!
Thanks to the "WATER-KIT" it is possible to work with a water jet adjustable for the maximum finishing and to limit tool wear.

Art. 87E4 WATER-KIT

The combined action of the J-Pro and the Water-Kit allows you to work with water, increasing the finishing of the miter and lessening the usury of the diamond tool.
