Equipment for handling heavy large-format tiles and slabs.

The Porter has been designed to ensure maximum efficiency, protection, and flexibility when handling slabs.

The structure stands out for its two telescopic, anti-slip side rails with protective rubber coating, whose width is adjustable up to a maximum of 355 cm to adapt precisely to different material dimensions and slide smoothly along the entire frame.
To preserve the integrity of the slabs, the base features impact-resistant shaped wooden supports designed to absorb shocks on the edges and ensure a firm, secure surface grip.

Transport safety is further enhanced by two side rotating stops that lock the load quickly and effectively.
Porter integrates seamlessly with the Kera-Lift system: using side hooks that slide and adjust to any height on the uprights, it allows you to carry both loose slabs and the Kera-Lift frame in all its configurations simultaneously and with total ease.

The entire structure ensures excellent maneuverability thanks to four heavy-duty swivel castors, two of which are equipped with a lockable parking brake to maintain maximum stability and firmness during crucial loading and unloading operations.

They can be shifted along the entire frame (subject to the clearance of the stops)

The rotating stops allow you to firmly clamp the slabs onto the Porter trolley with a simple gesture. The support arm quickly adjusts to accommodate different thicknesses.

The non-marking contact rubber pad protects the ceramic surface and, when not in use, the stops can be rotated outwards to facilitate loading and unloading operations.

The extendable side rails of the Porter trolley feature a high-resistance protective rubber coating that protects the slab by damping vibrations during transport.

Its length- and height-adjustable profiles ensure maximum flexibility when transporting any slab size.

The support surface is made of plywood, chosen to provide a soft contact area that absorbs accidental impacts and prevents chipping on the bottom edges of the ceramic slabs.

The structure is mounted on 360° swivel castors with non-marking rubber coating. 

Two of the wheels are equipped with a press-down brake to instantly lock the trolley.

Thanks to the side hooks adjustable and slidable along the full height of the uprights the Porter allows you to carry both loose slabs and the Kera-Lift frame in any of its configurations at the same time.
