INSTRUCTIONS
FEATURES
“KERA-CUT EXT” Professional extensible tile cutter for cutting thin tiles of large format.
Allows cutting up to 332 cm in length ( 447 cm with extension ) and 7 mm thickness .
The anodised aluminum rail is composed of of two perfectly straight extruded parts with a quick coupling.
Fixed on the tile by stain-free suction cups llows the engraving carriage with diamond wheel to slide.
Scoring tile division is achieved with the supplied separator.
The guides and all accessories are kept in practical carrying cases.
SLIDING CARRIAGE
Scoring carriage on hardened tracks, with wheels coated in wear-resistant plastic material and double ball bearings.
ALUMINUM GUIDES
Perfectly straight anodized aluminium guides with three high-precision steel coupling joints, ensuring a seamless connection and maximum rigidity.
CUSTOMIZABLE PUSH-ACTION SCORING
The two-handed lever thrust allows for an extremely deep scoring. The system features two adjustable force configurations by repositioning the knobs:
- Maximum Power: By placing the knobs at the maximum distance, the leverage increases to easily score harder and more challenging materials. .
- Delicate Control: By moving the knobs closer, the scoring power is reduced, making the system perfect for ultra-thin, fragile slabs or those with highly delicate surface finishes.
NON-SLIP COATING
The underside of the guides is coated with non-slip and non-marking rubber.
STAIN-FREE SUCTION CUPS
Non-marking suction cups, freely positionable and suitable even for rough surfaces.
ROTATING SUPPORT KIT
The support kit Art. 38F5 allows for workbench mounting, particularly useful for repetitive cuts.
Art. 41D Breaker: perfect for snapping even diagonally on thick tiles and slabs.

ACCESSORIES
Art. 38F12D KERA-FLEX
Sliding on the carriage guide of the Kera-Cut, "KERA-FLEX" allows for the cutting by diamond blade of tiles up to a thickness of 25 mm both dry or wet.
Art. 8AEP3 CM 115
The 8AEP3 extension offers several operational advantages:
Greater working capacity even in standalone use; used on its own, the extension allows for cutting tiles up to 103 cm, providing more support and greater control during the process.
More cutting combinations when paired with the Kera-Cut guide!
When used together with the Kera-Cut guide, the new extension significantly expands operational possibilities, allowing for various cutting length configurations: 103 cm, 275 cm, and 447 cm.
This means a single solution capable of adapting to very different needs, from working on medium formats to managing large-scale slabs.
